Can everyone use your website?

Public colleges and governments face ADA Title II deadlines in 2027 and 2028. For everyone else, patients, donors, and students are affected today.

I test websites and documents with a keyboard and screen readers, then help your team fix what’s blocking people.

What you see
What a screen reader says
  1. “Edit text, blank.”
  2. “Edit text, blank.”
  3. “Submit, button.”
  4. (The error is never read.)
The fields have no labels, so a screen reader user can’t tell them apart.

How we’d work together

  1. Tell me what you need

A few details about your organization, the pages and documents people rely on, and any deadlines you face.

  2. We talk

A 30-minute call about your website, your documents, and who publishes them.

  3. You get a proposal

A scope covering what I’ll test, how findings are prioritized, and whether remediation or training is included.

See if we’re a fit

Tell me about your organization and what you need. I’ll reply within two business days, and if I can help, we’ll set up a call.

Questions

What is WCAG 2.1 AA?

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are the international standard for accessible websites and documents. Level AA is the level most laws and policies point to, including the ADA Title II rule.

Does ADA Title II apply to private nonprofits?

Title II covers state and local governments, including public colleges and universities. Private nonprofits and private colleges open to the public are generally covered by Title III instead. Confirm which rules apply with your counsel.

Can you review PDFs and documents?

Yes. Documents are often the largest part of the work, especially for universities and public agencies.

Can you help with the fixes?

Yes. Hands-on remediation and staff training can be part of the scope.
